New data provider Traffics

• Ticket #29916 - Several adaptions for new data provider Traffics - most important: new fields in booking form for travel documents, a payment frame will now be loaded into booking form
• Ticket #29942 - Fix for client mobile view bug. Hotel rating data view now displays the changes directly.
• Ticket #27893 - Fixed the marking of the group icons (special preferences) is not reset and the icons are too far to the right
